Do you want to be successful in life? Accept principal of “Success breeds Success”

Friends
My one of teacher (Dr. Tushar Parikh, practicing Pediatrician, Anand) has told following story to me yesterday. It really touchy one. I thought that I must share it with friends who are working in tam and want to be successful person.

Once upon a time, there was a farmer who grew superior quality and award-winning cotton.
Each year he participated his cotton in national fair where it won prizes and honour.
One day a newspaper reporter interviewed him and knew something interesting about how he grew it. The reporter found that he farmer shared his seed of cotton with his neighbors. He asked the farmer that “how can you afford to share your best seeds with your neighbors when they are also entering with their cotton in competition with your each year?”
The farmer calmly replied, “why not sir? You did not know that the wind picks up pollen from the ripening cotton and swirls it from field to field. If my neighbor grow inferior, sub standard and poor quality cotton, the crosspollination will steadily degrade the quality of my cotton.” And he replied with smile, “if I am to grow good cotton, I must help my neighbors grow good cotton.”
The farmer gave superb insight into the connectedness of life. His cotton can not improve unless his neighbor’s cotton also improves. Its other way that those who choose to be at harmony must help their neighbors and colleagues to be at peace. Those who choose to live well must help others to live well. The value of a life is measured by the lives it touches…..
Success dose not happened in isolation. It is mostly participative and collective.
So share the good practices, ideas, new learnings with your family, friends, colleagues and team members.
So as people says “Success breeds success”
