Doctors(ERCP) gives on line direction for the paramedics, assessment of pre hospital care record etc. Willing to work in shifts. Opportunity to get trained and certified in BLS/ACLS/ITLS/Neonatal etc.

2. Team leader at Call Center at Hyderabad / Secundarabad

 Any graduate or PG
Job profile
Drive the implementation of the performance measures for the team.
Performance Management, Review & Training Needs identification for team members
Track attendance & leave management of the team Daily/ Weekly respectively (Roster & Attendance Management).
Conduct team meetings periodically.
Conduct One on One with team members (weekly/fortnightly).
Conduct daily huddles and document huddle activities with action plans.
Ensuring Quality Analysis (QA) action plan closure
Handle escalated and unresolved issues (eg Vehicle Busy Cases etc).
Call monitoring and feed back Sessions (minimum 5 evaluations per Associate per month).
Provide coaching/feedback & develop action plan for team members per the Performance Management Process/ Policy.
Provide feedback to Operations Manager on the performance of team members - Weekly/ Fortnightly/ Monthly.
Provide support by taking initiatives like training, taking calls for 2 hours everyday, organizing employee engagement events, process presentations, quality initiatives etc.
Achieve minimum thresholds (as set by the process) on Process Knowledge Test (PKT) monthly.
Abide by the reporting requirements for the National Team and the specified Timelines thereto if any.

3. Regional Manager in EMRI GUjarat
Exp - 9-14 years
Education - any graduate and PG preferred

Should ready to relocate for anywhere in Gujarat. 

1) Responsible for Handling Districts in Gujarat 

2) Handling Team of Field Staff. 

3) Preparing the monthly duty roaster for the field team. 

4) Understanding the concerns of Field Staff and solving it within the provided parameters including living conditions. 

5) Establishing good relations with Volunteers, Local Authorities, local governments, officials.

6) Ensure the ambulance demonstrations by the field team. 

7) Responsible for the enrolling of volunteers.

8) Disseminating the information and processes and policies to the filed staff 

10) Responsible for generating and implementing monthly calendar for ambulance visits and audits in consultation with District Manager.
